This is a podcast of 6 episodes, featuring three ex Welsh Guards, who have all gone through the treatment with Veterans NHS Wales, in different health boards. They have agreed to go on the record to speak about their stories, not focusing on their own trauma or their treatment, but on their different paths towards recovery. We hope that this podcast can be shared amongst anyone who might find this interesting or useful, and hopefully will encourage more veterans to come forward, either to share their stories or to engage with any form of interventions to get better.
